Abades is a coastal area in the municipality of Arico in Tenerife with beautiful black sand beaches and a mild climate all year round.
The townhouse has two floors. At the entrance to the house there is a large 30m2 terrace, ideal for barbecues and hanging out with friends and family.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped bathroom, a bedroom and a separate kitchen with a dining area.
Moving up to the 2nd floor, we find a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom.
The house is located in a very quiet area with easy access to parking in front of the house.
