Very nice villa. Build on a 560 m2 plot. Inside you have 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small entrance hall which brings you into the lounge where you find the open planed modern kitchen fully equipped and direct access through sliding doors to the spacious garden with some fruit trees. Outside you have also a small storeroom for the washing machine and a dryer. There is also on the plot parking space for 3 cars, which could be covered with a pergola.
